$200 - Includes: (F.Y.S.A. player fee ; E.D.P. League player fee; PLayer’s Insurance and player’s card)
Monthly payment: (Due every 20th of each month from August to November)
$150 - Includes: (3 practices and 1 game per week)
Tournament and Uniform fees are not Included!
